Directions to ZIV branch-office


From Cologne-Airport via motorway A 59

Take A 59 in direction Königswinter/B42. Take exit "Beuel-Ost/Sankt Augustin-Hangelar" and turn right on B 56 (main road) in direction Siegburg. At the 5th traffic light (Volkswagen dealer on the far right hand-side corner) turn right into "Konrad-Adenauer-Straße". At the 1st crossing turn left into "Westerwaldstraße".

From Koblenz via motorway A 61

Follow A 61 until junction "Meckenheimer Kreuz", then take A 565 (motorway) in direction Bonn and cross the Rhine river. At the junction "Bonn-Beuel" take A 59 (motorway) in direction Königswinter and go on until exit "Beuel-Ost/Sankt Augustin-Hangelar". Turn right on B 56 (main road) in direction Siegburg. At the 5th traffic light (Volkswagen dealer on the far right hand-side corner) turn right into "Konrad-Adenauer-Straße". At the 1st crossing turn left into "Westerwaldstraße".

From Cologne or Frankfurt via motorway A 3

Take junction "Bonn/Siegburg" to A 560 (motorway) in direction Bonn. Take exit "Siegburg/Sankt Augustin-Mülldorf" and turn left on B 56 (main road) in direction Bonn. Continue for approx. 2 km until there is a Volkswagen dealer on the left hand side ("Autohaus Hoff VW/Audi"). At the following traffic light turn left into "Konrad-Adenauer-Straße", then at the 1st crossing turn left into "Wester-waldstraße".

From Cologne Rodenkirchen/Wesseling via motorway A 555

Take direction Bonn until junction "Bonn-Nord" then turn on A 565 (motorway) and cross the Rhine river. At the junction "Bonn-Beuel" take A 59 (motorway) in direction Königswinter and go on until exit "Beuel-Ost/Sankt Augustin-Hangelar". Turn right on B 56 (main road) in direction Siegburg. At the 5th traffic light turn right into "Konrad-Adenauer-Straße". At the 1st crossing turn left into "Westerwaldstraße".

From Aachen via motorway A 4

Go to junction "Gremberghoven" and take A 559 (motorway), which will become A 59 after a couple of miles, in direction Königswinter. On the A 59 follow signs to Königswinter/B 42 until exit "Beuel-Ost/Sankt Augustin-Hangelar". Turn right on B 56 (main road) in direction Siegburg. At the 5th traffic light (Volkswagen dealer on the far right hand-side corner) turn right into "Konrad-Adenauer-Straße". At the 1st crossing turn left into "Westerwaldstraße".

By public transport from Bonn central station

Take the tram number 66 (destination Siegburg) from underground platform 3. Go to station "Hangelar Mitte" (you will find a plan of all stations of that line on the upper inside walls of the carriages, above the seats). On descending, leave the platform facing the tram's engine, then turn right and walk down "Udetstraße" towards the centre of Hangelar. Cross "Kölnstraße" (high street) and continue down "Kapellenstraße" until you come to the big B56-crossing with traffic lights. Cross B 56 (main road) and follow "Konrad-Adenauer-Straße". At the 1st crossing turn left into "Westerwaldstraße". The dis-tance between the station "Hangelar Mitte" and the ZIV branch-office is about 1,200 metres.


Directions to the "Hotel Hangelar"

a) From direction Siegburg via B 56 (from motorways A 3/A 560)

The "Hotel Hangelar" is located next to the B 56 (main road) between Siegburg and Bonn. It can be seen on the right hand-side of the B 56 coming from Siegburg at a traffic light for pedestrians only where you can turn right into Lindenstraße and find the hotel on the left hand-side.

b) From direction Bonn via B 56 (from motorways A 59/A 61/A 555/A 4)

The "Hotel Hangelar" is located next to the B 56 (main road) between Bonn and Siegburg. Follow the directions to the ZIV branch-office until the 5th traffic light on the B 56 (Volkswagen dealer on your far right hand-side). Then do not turn right into "Konrad-Adenauer-Straße" but left into "Kapellenstraße". Take the first street to the right and follow the one-way system until you'll find the hotel on your right hand side. The distance from the hotel to the ZIV branch-office is about 400 m.

To get to the ZIV branch-office from the hotel go back to the big B 56-crossing with the traffic light and the Volkswagen dealer and continue as described in the directions above.
